Actually, TMC has many non CS employees. A few months back, we had several posts and discussions about the fact that TMC and all its affiliates offer health insurance to its employees!
The explanation was that they wanted to offer this to non CS employees (presumably to compete with the non CS job market), and that even some CS member employees enroll just in case they get into an auto accident, etc. and are taken to the hospital and find themselves with a big bill, despite a desire not to be there. It all sounds nice, but can't escape the fact that you are letting "mortal mind" creep in, in my opinion. No matter how hard they try, TMC and those in CS cannot escape the reality of matter, especially in human form.

Hello!
The cross is the most beautiful sign in Christianity. Mrs Eddy wore the cross with any crown. First is the cross and the crown is reserved for those who believe in Jesus as Lord and Savor.
I bought myself a beautiful gold cross and i wear it. Just to remind myself that in the cross Jesus died for me and for mankind. Do not worry what Christian Scientists think or do not think do what God wants you to do.

Hello!
Mary Baker Eddy wore the cross and her mansion at Chestnut Hill Massachusetts used to to filled with pictures of Jesus and still are there. I think she felt some comfort looking at them.
Christian Science is a tiny minority that is dissapearing rapidly and the majoiity of their members are old and filled with anger and remorse.
If you want to find the Truth go to your Bible and receive the wonderful Jesus that will give you peace, beauty, and simplicity. at the last hour He will be there for you.
New Age and all New Thought movements are nothing but a Blasphemy!

the majoiity of their members are old and filled with anger and remorse. Hi Elixir, I've seen the "old" part but am wondering about the rest of your statement. Is this something you have actually observed?

| My CS mother always referred to people who wore crosses/crucifixes as 'wearing the cross instead of bearing it'. She believed CS was supposed to be intensely personal and not expressed materially. Which it is in both senses.
